About me
Hey, I'm Brianna.
I'm a multidisciplinary designer with over a decade of experience shaping products, services, and systems across enterprise, emerging technology, and government.
My work sits at the intersection of UX, research, service design, and strategy, where I help organizations navigate complexity and create solutions that truly work for people.
I approach design the way I approach music: by listening first. Every project has its own rhythm, and my role is to tune into the voices within it - especially those often unheard - and help bring them into harmony. Whether I’m facilitating workshops, leading research, or guiding strategic direction, I focus on building trust and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to contribute.
Like water, I adapt to the environments I’m in - flowing between strategy and execution, leadership and collaboration, structure and creativity. This fluidity allows me to move teams from ambiguity to clarity while keeping equity and accessibility at the center of the work.
My lived experience deeply informs my perspective and fuels my commitment to Design Justice. Growing up in a low-income household, navigating spaces where I often felt “in-between,” and working across diverse communities has shaped how I understand systems, power, and belonging. These experiences guide my dedication to co-creating solutions that honor community wisdom and expand access to opportunity.
Outside of work, I’m a music producer and DJ who loves exploring the intricacies of sound as a form of connection and healing. I’m also an ordained minister, having officiated weddings for loved ones - an extension of my passion for creating meaningful, human-centered experiences. Whether through design or music, I’m driven by the same goal: to bring people together and create resonance.

Design philosophy
Design is a living system - like an ecosystem or a piece of music. It evolves through collaboration, adapts to its environment, and gains meaning through the people who experience it.
01
Listen deeply
Tune into the signals before composing the solution.
Every engagement begins with listening—to people, to context, and to the systems that shape their experiences. Through qualitative and participatory research, I seek to understand not just what is happening, but why. This foundation builds trust and ensures that lived experiences guide the direction of the work, informing everything from service ecosystems to interface design decisions.
Methods: Interviews, contextual inquiry, accessibility-informed research, co-design, journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, stakeholder interviews.
02
Make sense of the signals
Find the melody within the noise.
Synthesis is where insights take shape. I translate research into clear narratives and strategic direction, connecting individual experiences to broader systemic patterns. These insights inform information architecture, user flows, interaction models, and visual hierarchies, ensuring that both services and digital interfaces are intuitive and aligned with user needs. This shared understanding helps teams rally around meaningful opportunities for change.
Outputs: Insight frameworks, opportunity areas, personas, user journeys, information architecture, user flows, service blueprints, strategic recommendations.
03
Co-create and harmonize
Design as a collaborative composition.
The most impactful solutions are created with the people they affect. I facilitate inclusive workshops and collaborative design sessions that empower stakeholders and communities to shape outcomes, fostering shared ownership and long-term success. Through iterative UX and UI design, ideas are translated into tangible experiences that can be tested, refined, and validated.
Methods: Co-design sessions, ideation workshops, sketching, wireframing, prototyping (low to high fidelity), usability testing, design studios..
04
Craft the experience and shape the system
From individual notes to a full arrangement.
Great design lives at both the interface and systems levels. I focus on crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive user interfaces while also translating ideas into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and governance models. By aligning interaction design, visual design, content strategy, and service ecosystems, I ensure solutions are not only desirable but also feasible, scalable, and sustainable.
Outputs: Wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, accessibility specifications (WCAG), content strategy, future-state visions, implementation plans, service models, governance frameworks.
05
Adapt and evolve
Like water, design is never static.
Systems and communities evolve, and design should evolve with them. I emphasize continuous learning, iteration, and evaluation to ensure solutions remain relevant and impactful over time. Through ongoing usability testing, analytics, and design system stewardship, experiences can adapt while maintaining consistency and quality.
Approach: Iterative testing, usability evaluation, accessibility audits, analytics-informed improvements, feedback loops, and long-term design system governance.
